摘  要:随着教育教学改革的推进,核心素养已经成了各科教师不得不重视的新教学理念,主要是以学生为中心,注重学生的身心健康和全面发展。体育学科对于大学生的综合素质培养具有天然的优势,而大学体育教师的教学行为也起着不可低估的促进作用。该文通过分析核心素养导向下体育教师教学行为的特征,进而讨论大学体育教师教学行为的基本要求,最后提出核心素养下大学体育教师教学行为的优化建议。With the advancement of education and teaching reform,core literacy has become a new teaching concept that teachers in various subjects have to pay attention,which was mainly with students as the center,paying attention to students’physical and mental health and all-round development.Physical education has a natural advantage in the comprehensive quality training of college students,and the teaching behavior of college physical education teachers plays an important role in promoting.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the teaching behavior of physical education teachers under the guidance of core literacy,then discusses the basic requirements of the teaching behavior of physical education teachers in universities,and finally puts forward the optimization suggestions of the teaching behavior of physical education teachers in universities under the core literacy.
