善治视域下体育产业政策执行的现实审视和路径选择

摘　　要：该文运用文献资料法等方法,研究我国体育产业政策执行问题。结果表明:我国体育产业政策执行存在政策执行主体忽视公共权益维护、政策目标群体态度存在异化现象、政策执行资源不足及监控体系不完善等问题。建议:增强执行透明度、追求执行效率与效能和公平公正同步发展、明确相关部门责任履行度、强化执行各主体协同参与度。This paper studies the implementation of China’s sports industry policy by means of literature review.The results show that there are some problems in the implementation of China’s sports industry policy,such as the neglect of the public rights and interests,the alienation of the attitude of the target group,the lack of resources for the implementation of the policy,and the imperfection of the monitoring system.It is suggested to enhance the transparency of execution,pursue the simultaneous development of execution efficiency and efficiency as well as fairness and justice,clarify the responsibility fulfillment degree of relevant departments,and strengthen the collaborative participation of various subjects in execution.
