摘  要:目的探讨CD8^(+)CD28^(+)T细胞对蒙古族急性心肌梗死(Acute myocardial infarction,AM I)发病的影响。方法以60例患者为研究对象,所有入组患者接受诊断性冠状动脉造影。根据冠状动脉造影结果,将患者分为AMI组30例,对照组30例,记录一般资料,采用流式细胞仪测定外周血CD8^(+)CD28^(+)T细胞的数量。结果AMI组和对照组CD8^(+)CD28^(+)T细胞比较,AMI组患者CD8^(+)CD28^(+)T细胞百分比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Logistic多因素回归分析发现,在其他相关危险因素固定的条件下,中性粒细胞百分率(NE%),CD8^(+)CD28^(+)T细胞与AMI临床表型独立相关(P〉0.05)。结论NE%,CD8^(+)CD28^(+)T细胞可影响蒙古族AMI的发生及发展因素。Objective To investigate the effect of CD8^(+)CD28^(+)T cells on the pathogenesis of Mongolian acute myocardial infarction(AM I).Methods 60 patients were enrolled in the study,and all patients received diagnostic coronary angiography.According to the results of coronary angiography,the patients were divided into two groups:AMI group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The general data were recorded and the number of CD8^(+)CD28^(+)T cells in peripheral blood was measured by loss cytometer.Results There was significant difference in the percentage of CD8^(+)CD28^(+)T cells between the AMI group and the control group(P>0.05);Logistic regression analysis showed that when other related risk factors were fixed,the percentage of neutrophils(NE%)and CD8^(+)CD28^(+)T cells were independently correlated with the clinical phenotype of AMI.Conclusion NE%and CD8^(+)CD28^(+)T cells can influence the occurrence and development of Mongolian AMI.
