摘  要:汽轮机末级叶片是汽轮机的核心零件,其设计质量直接影响汽轮机的整体工作效率。由于汽轮机末级叶片型面复杂,叶身长且扭曲度较大,给其设计及建立数模带来了难度。笔者通过研究提出了以逆向工程技术为基础,基于Imageware软件平台,对叶片点云数据的处理以及三维模型重构建立汽轮机末级叶片三维模型的方法。仿真结果证明,此方法可大大缩减汽轮机末级叶片的设计周期,并可通过三维模型与原始点云进行偏差分析,验证设计方法的可行性。The last stage blade of steam turbine is the core part of steam turbine,and its design quality directly affects the overall efficiency of steam turbine.Due to the complex profile of the last stage blade of steam turbine,not only the blade length and greater distortion,to its design and the establishment of the digital model has brought greater difficulties.Based on the reverse engineering technology and the Imageware software platform,the method of building the 3D model of the last stage blade of steam turbine by processing the point cloud data and reconstructing the 3D model is put forward,this method can greatly reduce the design period of the last stage blade of steam turbine,and the feasibility of the design method can be verified by the deviation analysis between the 3D model and the original point cloud.
