当代大学生社会主义核心价值观培育路径探析

摘　　要：大学生社会主义核心价值观的培育是国家培养人才提升软实力的有力支撑,也是塑造良好社会面貌的重要抓手,更是个人成才成功以促进全面发展的基础保障。而在培育大学生社会主义核心价值观的实践中,存在校园德育教育与社会现实困惑相矛盾与冲突、文化知识教育与道德信念教育相割裂与脱节、自我价值认知与自我实际行动相抵牾与脱嵌等的诸多困境。对应于此,应当基于整体性的视角做出针对性调适,以制度激励为引擎、以方法创新为依托、以协同育人为抓手、以自我修养为支点,从而集聚起应对困境的系统合力。the cultivation of College Students'socialist core values is not only a strong support for the country to cultivate talents to enhance soft power,but also an important starting point for shaping a good social outlook,and also the basic guarantee for individual success in promoting all-round development.In the practice of Cul⁃tivating College Students'socialist core values,there are many dilemmas,such as the contradiction and con⁃flict between campus moral education and social reality confusion,the separation and disconnection between cultural knowledge education and moral belief education,and the contradiction and disconnection between self value cognition and self practical action.Corresponding to this,we should make targeted adjustment based on the perspective of integrity,with institutional incentive as the engine,method innovation as the basis,col⁃laborative education as the starting point,and self-cultivation as the fulcrum,so as to gather the systematic joint force to deal with the dilemma.
