摘 要:针对高固体含量乳液黏度过高从而导致的乳液性能下降及加工困难等问题,采用半连续种子乳液聚合法,研究了乳化体系及共聚单体对乳液黏度及反应稳定性的影响。通过调控乳化剂及共聚单体种类及配比,制备了固体的质量分数为62%、黏度低于100 mPa·s的PVDC共聚乳液。结果表明,乳化体系选用阴离子/非离子型复合乳化剂(十二烷基硫酸钠、OP-10质量比为3:1,且m(VDC):m(MMA):m(AA)为90:8:2时),乳液稳定性及阻隔性能为佳。该制备工艺操作简单,设备要求低,环境污染小,反应稳定性优异,因此具有广阔的工业应用前景。Aiming at the problems of high viscosity of the high solids mass fraction emulsion which caused emulsion performance degradation and machining difficulties,this paper uses semi-continuous seeding emulsion polymerization to investigative the effects of emulsification system and comonomers on emulsion viscosity and reaction stability.By adjusting the types and proportions of emulsifiers and comonomers,we successfully prepared a PVDC copolymer emulsion with a solid mass fraction of 62%which the viscosity was less than 100 mPa·s.The results show that when the emulsification system uses the anionic/nonionic composite emulsifier(SDS/OP-10),which the ratio is 3:1,and m(VDC):m(MMA):m(AA)is 90:8:2,emulsion can get the best stability and barrier performance.The preparation process has broad industrial application prospects with the simple operation,low equipment requirements,low environmental pollution and excellent reaction stability.
