摘　　要：中车洛阳公司C6修的HXD1型电力机车在正线试运过程中多次发生440V回路接地故障,累计已发生18台次,经分析故障锁定在蓄电池充电柜过压保护器。为履行用户代表职责,降低所监造机车故障率,监造师与相关人员一同通过故障原理及原因分析,提出了改造蓄电池充电柜线路的处置方案,洛阳公司组织现场论证试行。During the trial operation of main line,the HXD1 Electric Locomotive repaired at C6 in Luoyang Company of CRRC has repeatedly occurred 440V circuit grounding fault,which has occurred 18 times in total.After analysis,the fault is locked in the overvoltage protector of battery charging cabinet.In order to fulfill the responsibilities of the user representative and reduce the failure rate of the locomotive under supervision,the supervisor and relevant personnel put forward the disposal scheme for the transformation of the battery charging cabinet line through the fault principle and cause analysis,and Luoyang company organized on-site demonstration for trial implementation.
