摘  要:采用冲击试验复验方式,结合扫描电镜(SEM)和金相显微镜等表面分析技术对某厂低温压力容器用09MnNiDR钢焊接接头焊缝区冲击韧性不合格原因进行了失效分析。结果表明:焊接时未严格控制线能量及层间温度,焊缝区出现过热,形成粗大奥氏体晶粒,冷却过程中速度过快,形成魏氏体组织,是导致低温压力容器用09MnNiDR钢焊接接头焊缝区冲击韧性急剧下降的主要原因。Failure analysis of impact toughness in the weld zone of 09MnNiDR welded joint used in a cryogenic pressure vessel was carried out by means of impact test and surface analysis techniques such as scanning electron microscope(SEM)and metallographic microscope.The results show that the main reasons for the sharp decrease in impact toughness of the joint weld zone welded with 09MnNiDR steel for low temperature pressure vessels are that the line energy and interlayer temperature are not strictly controlled during the welding,the weld zone overheats,the formation of thick austenite grains,and the excessive speed in the cooling process,and the formation of Widmanstatten structure.
