摘 要:在役承压类特种设备(压力容器、压力管道、锅炉)长期使用存在材质劣化的风险,极有可能发生泄漏、燃烧、爆炸等严重事故。然而,常规检验手段(比如,宏观检查、测厚、无损探伤)无法检测设备的材质变化情况。因此,有必要借助金相检验技术以提高检验结果可靠性。本文以电站锅炉范围内管道的定期检验为例,探讨了在定验现场开展金相检验的操作方法及注意事项,结合典型组织评定,实现对特种设备材质安全状况分析,为检验人员提供技术参考。In-service pressure special equipment(pressure piping,pressure vessel,boiler) is very likely to cause serious accidents such as leakage,burning,explosion,etc.,because it has the risk of material deterioration due to long-term use.However,conventional inspection methods(eg,macro inspection,thickness measurement,nondestructive testing) cannot test the materialchanges of equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to use metallographic testing technique to improve the reliability of inspection result.This article takes the periodical inspection for pipelines within the scope of thermal power plant boilers as an example to discuss the operation methods and precautions of metallographic testing at the site of periodical inspection.Meanwhile,this paper combines the estimating of typical organization to achieve the analysis for the current status on material safety of special equipment.It provides a technical reference for inspectors.
