摘 要:湖泊生态系统是流域和水体生物群落与各种有机和无机物质相互作用和演化的产物。珞珈山地区有三个湖,分别是星湖、月湖和鉴湖。这些湖泊不可避免地或多或少地存在环境问题。这是因为与河流生态系统相比,湖泊系统流动性差,含氧量相对较低,更容易受到污染。水体初级生产力是水体中浮游植物生物量的指标,可以直接反映水体的富营养化程度。本文用叶绿素a法测定了湖泊的初级生产力。结果表明鉴湖表层水的叶绿素a的含量为155.413μg/L、月湖为10.136μg/L、星湖为257.444μg/L,星湖、鉴湖水体呈现高度富营养化月湖呈富营养化。Lake ecosystem is the product of interaction and evolution between biological communities in river basins and water bodies and various organic and inorganic substances.There are three lakes in Luojia mountain area,namely Xing Lake,Yue Lake and Jian Lake.These lakes inevitably have more or less environmental problems.This is because,compared with river ecosystem,lake system has poor fluidity,relatively low oxygen content and is more susceptible to pollution.The primary productivity of water body is an index of phytoplankton biomass in water body,which can directly reflect the eutrophication degree of water body.In this paper,the primary productivity of lakes was measured by chlorophyll a method.The results showed that the chlorophyll a content in the surface water of Jian Lake was 155.413μg/L,that of Yue Lake was 10.136μg/L and that of Xing Lake was 257.444μg/L.The water bodies of Xing Lake and Jian Lake were highly eutrophic and Yue Lake was eutrophic.
