摘  要:星载的HgCdTe红外探测器由于能探测导弹主动段尾焰而广泛应用于导弹预警和拦截,而星上红外探测器的工作性能直接影响着对导弹的识别和威胁判断。为了研究温度对星上红外探测器的性能影响,以HgCdTe探测器的温度噪声等效温差为性能参考、SBIRS近地轨道小卫星的宇宙环境为分析背景,结合目标的辐射能随距离变化分析和HgCdTe探测器性能随温度、距离变化情况,模拟了HgCdTe红外探测器因温度升高和距离变化而带来的等效噪声温差的变化情况,为星上HgCdTe探测器性能分析提供了计算参考。HgCdTe infrared detector on satellite is widely used in missile warning,tracking and interception by detection of the high temperature plume of missile.The ability of satellites to perform missile identification,warning,tracking and interception is based on the performance of the infrared detector.In order to study the effect of the tempter to the infrared detector on satellite,the variation of equivalent noise temperature difference of the HgCdTe infrared detector cased by rising of the temperature and detection distance to the target is simulated referring to the performance of equivalent noise temperature variation of the HgCdTe infrared detector,and on background of low earth orbit space environment where SBIRS satellites are in.
