摘 要:为了研究水库消落带湿地中的植物及其根际土壤微生物对水库生态系统稳定性的维持和水库水质的改善具有重要作用,通过采用高通量测序方法,测定了位于浙江省杭州市临安区的青山水库消落带湿地植物根际土壤真菌群落结构以及多样性。结果表明,浙江省青山水库消落带湿地各建群种植物间其根际土壤真菌丰富度指数(ChaoI指数)和多样性指数(Shannon指数)存在明显的差别。Shannon和ChaoI都以旱茅的根际土壤样品为最高,其次是狗牙根根际土壤样品,而以荻根际土壤真菌Shannon和ChaoI的指数值最低。在门水平上,相对丰度最高的菌群为子囊菌门;在纲水平上,相对丰度最高的菌群为粪壳菌纲。在目水平上,相对丰度最高的为Ascomycota_unclassified。在科水平上,相对丰度较高的有Ascomycota_unclassified、口蘑科Tricholomataceae。在属水平上,相对丰度较高的有Ascomycota_unclassified、 unidentified、杯伞属。In order to study the role of plants and rhizosphere soil microorganisms in the wetland of reservoir fluctuation zone in maintaining the stability of the reservoir ecosystem and improving the water quality of the reservoir,high-throughput sequencing method was used in this paper to determine the fungal community structure and diversity of plant rhizosphere soil in wetland of Qingshan Reservoir in Lin’an District,Hangzhou City,Zhejiang Province.The results showed that there were significant differences in the richness index(chaoi index)and diversity index(Shannon index)of rhizosphere soil fungi among different species in Qingshan Reservoir Wetland.The rhizosphere soil samples of dry grass were the highest for Shannon and Chaol,follwed by Bermudagrass rhizosphere soil samples,and the values of Shannon and Chaol were the lowest in the Rhizosphere of Silvergrass.At phylum level,the bacteria with the highest relative abundance are ascomycetes;at the class level,the bacteria wih the highest relative abundance are Chlamydia faecalis.At the family level,Ascomycota_unclassified and Tricholomataceae have higher relative abundance.At the genus level,Ascomycota_unclassified,unidentified and Umbellifera hava higher relative abundance.
