摘  要:木塑复合材料,因其防腐、防潮、可降解性等卓越性能,在建筑、装饰等方面都受到广泛关注。相比木材,木塑复合材料在防水、防虫蛀等方面性能卓越,相比塑料,木塑复合材料具有更好的力学强度和抗冲击强度以及廉价的原料来源。由于塑料基体与木质纤维之间界面相容性差,导致界面强度低、材料整体力学性能不高,限制了其进一步的应用。从物理方法、化学方法、添加界面相容剂三方面综述了木塑复合材料界面改性工艺及性能。Much attention has been paid to wood plastic composites(WPC)in architecture and decoration owing to their excellent anti-corrosion,moisture-proof and degradability properties.Compared with wood,WPC has excellent waterproof and insect proof performance and compared with plastic,wood plastic composite has better mechanical strength,impact strength and cheap raw materials.Due to the poor interface compatibility between plastic matrix and wood fiber,the interface strength is reduced and the overall mechanical properties of the material are weakened,thereby restricting further application of WPC.Therefore,this paper reviews the interfacial modification technology and properties of WPC from three aspects:physical method,chemical method and adding interfacial compatibilizer.
