摘　　要：针对三防漆自动喷涂,结合流水线实际工况,设计完成了三防漆自动喷涂施工流程和漆膜测量工装。重点对喷涂机参数设置进行研究,并且对喷涂工艺缺陷分析总结。实现多角度多层面工艺优化,有效提高自动喷涂操作准确性,并提升生产效率。For the automatic conformal spraying and coating of three-proofing lacquer based on the actual working condition,the operation processes and the measuring tool of paint film are designed.The machine parameter setting is introduced in detail.Then,the defects of the spraying and coating process are analyzed and summarized.These studies could help to optimize the coating technology for improving of the accuracy and efficiency.
