摘  要:本研究通过改进锌银蓄电池充放电所用连接片,优化了该电池化成充放电准备过程。本文介绍新连接片制作方法与操作步骤。然后,对几种连接方式进行对比分析。实践表明,采用新连接片,可优化电池化成充放电准备过程,减少操作时间,提高工作效率,同时减少了对电池损伤。The preparation process of silver-zinc battery in the charge and discharge for the battery formation was optimized by improving the connecting metallic slices.The improvement method and operating procedure of the connecting slices are introduced in detail.Then,three battery connecting modes are analyzed and the advantages and disadvantages of them are presented.The actual use experiences of this improved connecting slices show that preparation process of the batteries is optimized with the preparation time reduced and the operation efficiency increased,meanwhile,the damage of the batteries during the preparation processes is reduced significantly.
