摘 要:纳米银线因其具有良好的导电性和优异的光学性能,是传统导电材料氧化铟锡(ITO)的理想替代品。为了降低纳米银线的直径并提高均一性,采用多元醇法制备纳米银线,分别考察了形核控制剂浓度、反应物浓度和包覆剂种类对纳米银线生长过程的影响。结果表明,在AgNO_3浓度为25 mmol/L,保持Cl-浓度为300μmol/L的基础上,添加10μmol/L的Fe~(3+)时,纳米银线平均线径为53.2 nm,线径均一。此外,单独使用长链PVP作为包覆剂时,反应产物中的颗粒、短棒等杂质最少。Silver nanowires are ideal substitutes for indium tin oxide(ITO)because of their excellent electrical conductivity and optical properties.In order to reduce the diameter of silver nanowire and improve the uniformity of the nanowire,the silver nanowires prepared by polyol method are investigated.The effects of nucleation control agent concentration,reactant concentration and coating agent type on the growth process of silver nanowires are introduced.The results show that the average diameter of silver nanowires is 53.2 nm when the concentration of AgNO3 is 25 mmol/L and the concentration of Cl-is 300μmol/L.In addition,for long chain PVP as coating agent alone,the impurities such as particles and short rods in the reaction products are the least.
