7例犬猫胃肠道异物的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：犬猫误吞骨块、鱼钩、缝针、硬币等非线性异物和丝袜、塑料袋、毛巾、线绳等线性异物,使其滞留在胃肠道造成胃排空困难和肠道部分或完全梗阻。本文报道了7例犬猫胃肠道异物的诊断和治疗过程。应用腹部X-线平片和钡餐造影诊断胃肠道异物,经腹中线切口实施剖腹探查术验证诊断结果。最后通过胃切开术或肠切开术,或尸体剖检确认胃肠道异物为线性异物,还是非线性异物。结果表明,2例狗胃肠道异物是线性异物,其中1个病例通过胃切开术和肠切开术得以确认,另1个病例通过尸体剖检得以确认;其余4例狗和1例猫胃肠道异物属于非线性异物,并通过肠切开术得到确认。及时诊断和尽早实施手术治疗,配合术后抗感染治疗,预后良好。Dogs and cats mistakenly swallow non-linear foreign bodies such as bone block,fishhook,suture needle and coin,and linear foreign bodies such as silk stockings,plastic bags,towels and ropes,which make them stay in the gastrointestinal tract,resulting in difficulty in gastric emptying and partial or complete intestinal obstruction.This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of seven cases of gastrointestinal foreign bodies in dogs and cats.Abdominal X-ray plain film and barium meal were used to diagnose gastrointestinal foreign bodies,and exploratory laparotomy was performed through midline abdominal incision to verify the diagnosis results.Finally,gastrotomy or enterotomy,or autopsy were used to confirm whether the foreign body in gastrointestinal tract was linear foreign body or non-linear foreign body.The results showed that two cases of gastrointestinal foreign bodies in dogs were linear foreign bodies,one of which was confirmed by gastrotomy and enterotomy,and the other was confirmed by autopsy.The other four dogs and one cat were non-linear foreign bodies,which were confirmed by enterotomy.Timely diagnosis and early surgical treatment,combined with postoperative anti infection treatment,the prognosis is good.
