摘  要:某集中供热工程,DN 1200 mm的热水供热管道按照规划路由直埋敷设,出现大折角弯管,导致管道应力过大。提出4种方案,利用START Prof管道柔性与应力分析软件进行应力验算。结果表明:方案1,无补偿冷安装,不能够满足应力要求。方案2,通过小折角串联代替大折角,虽然满足应力要求,但是管道布置不符合规划路由,此方案不可行。方案3,在不满足应力条件的节点5(即大折角弯管)两侧布置补偿器和固定墩,应力满足要求。但是,工程量和工程费用增加,管道泄漏事故率升高。方案4,采用电预热安装方式,大折角弯管的应力满足要求。既不用改变规划路由,也不用布置固定墩和补偿器。综合考虑,本项目采用方案4。In a centralized heating project,the DN 1200 mm hot water heating pipeline was directly buried according to the planned route,and the large angle bend occurred,resulting in the excessive stress of the pipeline.Four schemes are put forward,and the stress checking is carried out by using START Prof pipeline flexibility and stress analysis software.The results show that in scheme 1,cold installation without compensation cannot meet the stress requirements.In scheme 2,large angles are replaced by small angles in series,although the stress requirements are met,the pipeline layout does not meet the planned route,so this scheme is not feasible.In scheme 3,the compensators and fixed piers are arranged on both sides of node 5(that is,large angle bend)which does not meet the stress conditions,the stress meets the requirements,however,the engineering quantity and cost increase,and the pipeline leakage accident rate increases.In scheme 4,the electric preheating installation method is adopted,and the stress of large angle bend meets the requirements.There is no need to change the planned route,nor to arrange the fixed piers and compensators.Considering comprehensively,scheme 4 is adopted in this project.
