缓冲型电子秤在炼钢炉前加料称量的应用

摘　　要：炼钢炉前加料(废钢)称量装置所处高温多尘环境,普通常规电子称量装置不能适应炼钢炉前的现场环境。炉前使用的电子称量装置,需要具有耐高温、抗干扰、抗冲击、密封性能。炼钢炉前加料(废钢)称量装置,宜使用全罩式防护缓冲型电子秤。全罩式防护,能有效避免杂物进入秤坑;设置缓冲组件,增强称量装置的抗震缓冲效果;设计安装提升机,对承载器(秤台)进行升降操作,方便在承载器(秤体)下面的卫生打扫,减少污染,提高称量装置的使用性能和寿命。The common electronic weighing device can not adapt to the high temperature and dusty environment of the feeding(scrap)weighing device in front of the steel-making furnace.The electronic weighing device used in front of the furnace should have high temperature resistance,anti-interference,anti impact and sealing performance.The weighing device of charging(scrap)in front of steelmaking furnace should use full cover type protective buffer electronic scale.Full cover type protection can effectively prevent foreign matters from entering the scale pit;Set buffer components to enhance the anti-seismic buffer effect of the weighing device;design and install the hoist to lift the bearing device(weighing platform),so as to facilitate the cleaning under the bearing device(weighing body),reduce pollution and improve the service performance and life of the weighing device.
