五虫溶栓通脉丸联合穴位注射对糖尿病下肢血管病变患者血液流变学及血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察五虫溶栓通脉丸联合穴位注射对糖尿病下肢血管病变患者血液流变学及血流动力学的影响。方法选取2019年6月-2020年6月期间洛阳市中医院周围血管科收治的92例糖尿病下肢血管病变患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各46例。对照组行常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用五虫溶栓通脉丸联合穴位注射治疗。两组均治疗2周后,比较两组患者临床疗效、中医证候积分、血液流变学、血流动力学及不良反应情况。结果治疗后治疗组临床总有效率为82.61%(38/46),对照组为67.39%(31/46),两组比较治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者下肢疼痛、麻木、发凉、间歇性跛行评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降水平较对照组更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血液流变学指标水平较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且治疗组下降水平较对照组更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血流动力学指标水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且治疗组升高水平较对照组更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组患者均未出现不良反应。结论五虫溶栓通脉丸联合穴位注射可显著改善患者下肢症状,扩大病变血管的内径,增加血流量,降低血液高凝状态,改善微循环,促进血管的新生。Objective To observe the effects of Wuchong Rongshuan Tongmai Pill combined with acupoint injection on hemorheology and hemodynamics in diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular disease.Methods From June2019 to June 2020,92 patients with diabetic lower extremity vascular disease admitted to the Department of Peripheral Vascular Diseases of Luoyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with Wuchong Rongshuan Tongmai pill combined with acupoint injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome integral,hemorheology and hemodynamics were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 82.61%(38/46) and that of the control group was 67.39%(31/46).The comparison between the two groups was higher in the treatment group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,the scores of lower limb pain,numbness,chills,and intermittent claudication of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment(P <0.05),and the decline in the treatment group was more significant than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,the levels of hemorheological indexes of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P <0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment,the levels of hemodynamic indicators in the two groups were higher than before treatment(P <0.05),and the increase in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).During the treatment,there were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Wuchong
