医院病案无纸化管理的优势与问题研究

摘　　要：伴随着信息化的不断发展,医院病案无纸化管理已经成为医院病案管理发展的大势所趋。文章分析了医院病案无纸化管理中的优势与问题,探讨了针对以上问题的解决对策。病案的无纸化管理具有经济效益、管理效益和社会效益等优势,在医院信息化建设中占据着举足轻重的地位,然而实际发展当中还存在着各系统间互联互通、电子签名法律效力、数据安全保密性差、认识不足投入不够等问题,文章提出了系统集成、数字认证、提高保密性、组织培训、增加投入等实施策略。通过研究,希望能够为医院病案管理的高效发展和医院总体管理工作的信息化建设提供有益的参考。With the continuous development of information technology,hospital paperless medical record management has become an inevitable trend in the development of hospital management.In order to meet the needs of paperless management of hospital medical records,this paper analyzes the advantages and problems of hospital paperless medical record management,and discusses the solutions to the above problems.Compared with the traditional paper-based medical record management,the paperless management of medical records is of great significance to hospital informatization because of its advantages in economy,management and social benefits. However, there are still some problems in the actualdevelopment, such as the interconnection between systems, the legal effectof electronic signature, the poor security of data, and the insufficient inputof knowledge. This paper puts forward some methods, such as systemintegration, digital authentication, improving confidentiality, organizingtraining, and increasing input. Through this paper, I hope to provide a usefulreference for the rapid and efficient development of hospital management.
