摘　　要：目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶2(matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)在颅内囊性动脉瘤的表达及意义。方法对在医院接受治疗的颅内囊性动脉瘤患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,于2017年3月1日—2019年6月1日选取75例作为研究对象,其中30例颅内多发动脉瘤患者为A组,25例单发囊性动脉瘤患者为B组,20例颅脑损伤患者为C组,比较三组患者MMP-2、MMP-9、VEGF表达以及临床意义。结果A组、B组MMP-2、MMP-9、VEGF表达明显高于C组(P<0.05)。结论MMP-2、MMP-9、VEGF过度表达均可对颅内多发囊性动脉瘤具有重要影响.Objective To investigate the expression and significance of matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP9)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in intracranial cystic aneurysms.Methods The clinical data of patients with intracranial cystic aneurysms treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.From March 1,2017 to June 1,2019,75 patients were selected as the research object,of which 30 patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms were in group A,25 patients with single cystic aneurysm were in group B,and 20 patients with craniocerebral injury were in group C.The expressions and clinical significance of MMP-2,MMP-9 and VEGF in the three groups were compared.Results The expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and VEGF in group A and B was significantly higher than that in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion Overexpression of MMP-2,MMP-9 and VEGF can all have important effects on multiple intracranial cystic aneurysms.
