摘　　要：目的研究协同护理模式对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者居家应用无创通气的效果及推广价值。方法根据简单随机化法将从本院2019年3月—2020年3月期间随机抽取的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者84例分为两组,对照组(n=41)实施常规护理,观察组(n=43)实施协同护理模式。将两组的干预效果进行比对。结果观察组患者干预后的SaO2、PaO2以及自我管理评分高于对照组,PaCO2低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后的急性发作次数少于对照组,发作后住院时间短于对照组,6 min步行距离长于对照组,CAT评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者居家应用无创通气治疗期间实施协同护理模式的效果显著。Objective To study the effect and promotion value of collaborative nursing mode on home application of noninvasive ventilation in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods According to the simple randomization method,84 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease randomly selected from March 2019 to March 2020 in our hospital were divided into two groups,41 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care,and 43 cases in the observation group were given collaborative nursing mode.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The SaO2,PaO2 and self-management scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and PaCO2 was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the number of acute attacks in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the hospitalization time after the attack was shorter than that in the control group,the 6 min walking distance was longer than that in the control group,and the CAT score was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of collaborative nursing mode on COPD patients during home application of noninvasive ventilation treatment is significant.
