摘 要:以杂交胡萝卜品种高农新黑田五寸人参为供试材料,设置常规种植、自然农法种植和有机种植3个处理进行小区试验,研究了不同种植方式对胡萝卜产量、β-胡萝卜素含量的影响。结果表明:与常规种植相比,有机种植和自然农法种植的胡萝卜产量虽下降了2.8%和9.8%,但β-胡萝卜素含量增加了3.6%和36.1%,同时,胡萝卜的品质和口感均有所提高。Taking the hybrid carrot variety Kono Shinkuroda Gosun as test material,a plot experiment was conducted with three treatments of conventional cultivation,natural farming and organic cultivation to study the effects of different planting methods on carrot yield andβ-carotene content.The results showed that compared with conventional cultivation,although the yield of carrot grown by organic cultivation and natural farming decreased by 2.8%and 9.8%,the content ofβ-carotene increased by 3.6%and 36.1%,respectively,furthermore,the quality and taste of carrot improved.
