摘 要:尾矿库是具有高势能的重大危险源,在尾矿库事故中溃坝事故占比很高。阿希金矿是新疆最大的金矿,本文综合评价了该尾矿库溃坝风险。目前尾矿库安全评价指标体系未能形成统一的标准与规范。根据尾矿库溃坝致灾因素的关联情况,将影响尾矿库安全性的32个风险因子筛选成18个评价指标,构建评价指标体系。利用主客观综合赋权法进行权重赋值并得出影响尾矿库安全性较大的两个评价指标(尾矿库监测系统及日常管理系数),将模糊综合评价模型应用于尾矿库溃坝风险评价,计算分析得出新疆阿希金矿尾矿库的风险等级为“较好(B)”。通过实例分析表明本文所构建的评价指标体系及采用的评价方法适合尾矿库溃坝风险评价。The tailings dam is a major hazard with high potential energy,and the dam-breaking accidents account for a high proportion of the tailings dam accidents.The A’xi Gold Mine is the largest in Xinjiang.In the paper,a comprehensive evaluation of the dam-breaking risk of the tailings dam was carried out.In view of the current tailings dam safety evaluation index system has not yet formed a unified standard and norms,according to the correlation of the tailings dam failure factors,through correlation analysis,will screen the 32 risk factors that affect the safety of the tailings dam into 18 evaluation indicators,built an evaluation indicator system.The subjective and objective comprehensive weighting method was used to assign weights and obtain two evaluation indicators(tailing pond monitoring system and daily management coefficient)that greatly affect the safety of the tailings pond,and apply the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to the tailings pond.According to the dam-breaking risk evaluation and calculation analysis,the risk grade of A’xi Gold Mine tailings dam in Xinjiang is"Better(B)".Through case analysis,it is shown that the evaluation index system and evaluation method constructed in this paper are suitable for the risk assessment of tailings dam failure.
