摘  要:以“Y一代”用户为研究对象,从数字信息移动消费的价值评价、决策类型、决策过程等3个方面入手,深入研究“Y一代”用户信息移动消费的决策过程。旨在引导信息内容服务商强化精准服务理念,进一步提升服务标准,在决策的各个阶段为“Y一代”用户提供精准信息服务,方便“Y一代”用户高效选择所需的信息,提高我国数字信息移动消费质量,进而提高我国整体信息消费水平。Taking “Y-generation” users as the research object, this article studies the decision-making process of “ Y-generation”user information mobile consumption in depth from three aspects which are value evaluation, decision type and decision-makingprocess. The purpose is to guide information content service providers to strengthen the concept of precision service, further improveservice standards, provide accurate information services to “ Y-generation” users at all stages of decision-making and help them tochoose the information efficiently, so as to improve the quality of digital information mobile consumption and thus improve theoverall level of information consumption in China.
