摘　　要：面对国内外环境的新变化,科研院所作为市场的参与者,创新技术、创新成果、创新产品的输出者,其知识产权管理工作也面临着多种挑战,用好知识产权管理这一工具的意义重大。根据项目研发的实际情况在科研项目整个实施阶段展开全面的监督和考核,使知识产权管理工作在每个阶段都能与科研项目紧密结合,才能更好地保护技术创新,确保科研成果及时获得推广。In the face of new changes in the domestic and international environment,scientific research institutes,as market participants,exporters of innovative technology,innovative achievements and innovative products,are also facing a variety of challenges in their intellectual property management.It is of great significance to make good use of the tool of intellectual property management.According to the actual situation of research and development of the project,comprehensive supervision and assessment are carried out in the whole implementation stage of the scientific research project,so that the intellectual property management can be closely combined with the scientific research project in each stage,so as to better protect technological innovation and ensure the timely promotion of scientific research achievements.
