摘 要:浙江某海水湖采用"三闸一泵两池"模型进行换水,项目采用一体化泵闸解决湖区换水及水位控制问题,通过一体化水闸控制,满足湖区换水量要求,保证湖区水质达到相应指标。通过从一体化泵闸的规模、泵闸结构、施工要点、运行维护4个方面进行深入分析,建立数学模型确定一体化泵闸的规模,结合流量选用合适的泵型,采用FEA、CFD模拟泵闸面对潮流的工况,分析在海水工况下泵站的受力、流态情况,得到泵闸的受力数值,以及在运行过程中内外侧的流态,综合分析确定泵闸的实际运行参数,从而优化泵闸设计,保证泵站的正常运行。同时提出施工安装要点及日常运行维护的要求,为一体化泵闸在海水中运行提供一定的参考。The model of"three sluices,one pump and two pools"is adopted in a seawater lake in Zhejiang Province for water exchange.The project adopts an integrated pump gate to solve the problems of water exchange and water level control in the lake area.Through the integrated gate control,the water exchange requirements of the lake area can be met,and the water quality of the lake area can reach corresponding indexes.Through in-depth analysis of the scale,structure,construction,operation and maintenance of the integrated pump gate,a mathematical model is established to determine the scale of the integrated pump gate.Combined with the flow rate,the appropriate pump type is selected,and FEA and CFD are used to simulate the working condition of the pump gate facing the tidal current.The force and flow pattern of the pump station under the seawater working condition are analyzed,and the force value of the pump gate and the flow pattern of the inner and outer sides in the operation process are obtained.Through comprehensive analysis,the actual operation parameters of the pump gate are determined,so as to optimize the design of the pump gate and ensure the normal operation of the pump station.At the same time,the key points of construction and installation and the requirements of daily operation and maintenance are put forward to provide some reference for the operation of integrated pump gate in seawater.
