摘  要:作为飞机重要的机载电子设备,代码转换器是连接飞机导航系统计算机与外部系统之间数据传输的关键部件。为满足飞机代码转换器装备维修保障过程中的系统性能检查需求,针对目前其测试现状与测试需求,基于多处理协同技术与自动测试理论,以单片机为主处理器,以FPGA为协处理器,提出一种基于“FPGA+单片机”架构的代码转换器测试仪设计方法,给出测试思路与硬件设计,并基于Visual C++6.0开发测试软件。针对样件进行了测试,测试结果表明其具有有效性。所提出的测试方法对于其他飞机重要机载电子设备代码转换器的测试与修理具有参考与借鉴意义。As an important airborne electronic equipment of aircraft,code converter is the key components for data transmission between the computer of aircraft navigation system and external system.In order to meet the requirements of system performance inspection in the process of equipment maintenance and support of a type aircraft code converter,a test instrument design method for a type code converter based on multiprocessing co-operative technology and automatic test theory is proposed,with MCU as the main processor and FPGA as the coprocessor.The test idea and hardware design are given,and the test software is developed based on Visual C++6.0,and its performance is tested.The test results show its effectiveness.The proposed test method has reference significance for the test and repair of other important airborne electronic equipment tester.
