摘 要:随着浅部资源开采殆尽,高峰矿业公司已由浅部转入深部开采。以高峰矿业公司通风系统为研究背景,在实地调研和全面勘测其通风系统的基础上,有针对性地提出了“三进两回”通风系统优化方案,并基于Ventsim仿真模拟软件对通风优化方案进行模拟分析。结果表明:“三进两回”通风系统优化方案能达到优化设计要求,矿井进风量明显提高,回风量由59 m^(3)/s增大到79 m^(3)/s,风机运行效率达79.2%,优化效果较好,可作为高峰矿业公司通风系统优化的基础方案。With the depletion of shallow resources,Gaofeng mining company has transferred from shallow to deep mining.Taking the ventilation system of Gaofeng mining company as the research background,on the basis of field survey and comprehensive investigation on its ventilation system,the"three-in-two-return"ventilation system optimization scheme is put forward.The ventilation optimization scheme is simulated and analyzed based on the Ventsim simulation software.The results show that the"three-in-two-return"ventilation system optimization scheme can meet the optimization design requirements,the intake air volume of the mine is obviously increased,the return air volume is increased from 59 m^(3)/s to 79 m^(3)/s,and the fan operation efficiency is up to 79.2%.The optimization effect is good.The scheme can be used as the basic scheme for ventilation system optimization of Gaofeng mining company.
