彩色多普勒超声联合超声弹性成像技术在乳腺肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用及效能分析

摘　　要：目的:探索临床诊断乳腺肿瘤时联合应用彩色多普勒超声与超声弹性成像技术的效果。方法:将我院2019年6月-2020年10月期间收治的128例乳腺疾病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均经病理穿刺活检进行确诊,且入院后均先完成彩色多普勒超声和超声弹性成像检查。根据病理穿刺活检结果进行分组,乳腺良性肿块患者分为良性组,恶性肿瘤患者分为恶性组,比较彩色多普勒超声与超声弹性成像技术单独应用及联合应用的准确性、特异性和敏感性。结果:临床诊断乳腺肿瘤时单独采用彩色多普勒超声的准确率,特异性和敏感性分别为94.53%,92.63%和84.85%,单独应用超声弹性成像技术的准确率,特异性和敏感性分别为95.31%,94.74%和84.85%,二者联合诊断准确率,特异性和敏感性分别为98.44%、98.95%、96.97%。结论:临床诊断乳腺肿瘤时联合应用彩色多普勒超声与超声弹性成像技术可有效提高诊断的准确率、特异性和敏感性。Objective:To explore the effect of color Doppler ultrasound combined with ultrasonic elastography in the clinical diagnosis of breast tumor.Method:128 patients with breast diseases admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients were diagnosed by pathological biopsy,and color Doppler ultrasound and ultrasonic elastography were completed after admission.According to the results of pathological biopsy,patients with benign breast masses were divided into benign group(n=95 cases,95 masses),and patients with malignant tumor were divided into malignant group(n=33 cases,33 tumors),to compare the accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of color Doppler ultrasound and ultrasonic elastography alone or in combination.Result:The specificity and sensitivity of color Doppler ultrasound alone were 94.53%,92.63%and 84.85%,respectively.The specificity and sensitivity of ultrasound elastography alone were 95.31%,94.74%and 84.85%,respectively.The specificity and sensitivity of the two methods were 98.44%,98.95%and 96.97%,respectively.Conclusion:The combination of color Doppler ultrasound and ultrasonic elastography in the clinical diagnosis of breast tumors can effectively improve the accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of diagnosis.
