摘　　要：按照GB/T 11893-1989的方法,对钼酸铵分光光度法进行水质总磷测定准确度的评定。通过分析检测过程中的试剂、标准溶液、高压蒸汽灭菌时间,温度及压力等因素对测定结果造成的不确定性,分别进行定量分析,找出影响测量结果的因素,全面地提高分析准确度。According to the method of GB/T 11893-1989,the accuracy of determination of total phosphorus in water by ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry was evaluated.Through the analysis of the uncertainty caused by reagent,standard solution,high-pressure steam sterilization time,temperature and pressure and other factors in the detection process,the quantitative analysis was carried out respectively to find out the factors influencing the measurement results and comprehensively improve the accuracy of analysis.
