英国煤炭工业发展历程及其对我国的启示

摘　　要：英国19世纪中叶是世界产煤大国,但到21世纪煤炭产业成为夕阳产业。通过分析研究认为,当前无论在煤炭产量、煤炭消费量还是从业人数上,英国在全世界的占比均较小。但随着大量煤矿关闭,英国在煤炭产业退出和产业转型方面积累了丰富经验,为我国煤炭枯竭地区经济转型、煤矿区环境治理以及煤炭产业高质量发展提供了重要启示。In the middle of the 19th century,the United Kingdom was a big coal producer in the world,but in the 21st century,the coal industry was becoming a sunset industry.Through the analysis and research,it was concluded that in terms of coal production,coal consumption and the number of employees,the United Kingdom accounted for a small proportion in the world.With the closure of a large number of coal mines,the United Kingdom had accumulated rich experience in coal industry exit and industrial transformation,which provided important enlightenment for the economic transformation of China's coal exhausted areas,the environmental governance of coal mining areas and the high-quality development of coal industry.
