美国社区体育健身俱乐部公益创业模式特征及启示——以YMCA为例

摘　　要：采用文献资料法和实地调研法等,以YMCA为例分析美国社区体育健身俱乐部公益创业模式特征,提出对我国社区体育健身俱乐部发展的启示。模式特征:创业协作网络化、需求对接精准化、经营运作市场化、使命监督体系化。对我国的启示:发挥俱乐部主导作用,构建多方参与机制;提升识别创业机会的能力,对接社区需求;引入市场化运作机制,拓展资金筹集渠道;构建多元监督体系,坚守俱乐部社会使命。By using the methods of literature review and field research,this paper took YMCA as an example to analyze the characteristics of entrepreneurial mode of public welfare in American community fitness club,and put forward the enlightenment for the development of community fitness clubs in China.The mode has four characteristics,such as the networking of entrepreneurial cooperation,the precision of demand synergizing,the market-oriented operation and the systematization of mission supervision.Enlightenment to China:We should play the leading role of the club and construct the multi-party participation mechanism,improve the ability to identify entrepreneurial opportunities and supply the community needs,introduce the market operation mechanism and expand the channel of fund raising,and build a multi-supervision system and stick to the club's social mission.
