摘　　要：介绍一种新型箱装缺条检测系统,基于PLC和HMI人机交互系统,采用金属电涡流矩阵检测法,安装于封箱机出口输送带两侧。该系统的金属检测器可检测烟箱内各层烟条存在与否,还增设顶面金属检测器检测烟箱顶层中部烟条,当烟箱内出现烟条"打横"缺条情况时也能准确检测出,有效避免缺条漏检,保证了卷烟产品的质量。This paper introduces a new detection system for missing strips in box,which is installed on both sides of the conveyor belt at the exit of the sealing machine by using metal eddy current matrix detection method.The metal detector can detect the existence of each layer of cigarette in the box,and the top metal detector is added to detect the middle cigarette rod at the top of the box.It also can be used to accurately detect the missing or horizontal cigarette bar in the box,effectively avoid missing inspection of strips,ensure the quality of cigarette products.
