摘　　要：针对高层建筑供水需要二次加压且水压时常变化的特点,设计了一套恒压供水自动控制系统。该系统以PLC为控制核心,通过压力传感器把取水出口压力值转换成实时模拟电压信号,此信号经过S7-1200的模数转换模块进行A/D转换后,与设定值进行比较,得到的偏差值在PLC内部通过PID调节指令运算,运算后的结果通过Profinet网络实时传送给变频器,实现对水泵机组的变频调速控制,达到恒压供水的目的。系统可以通过触摸屏进行人机交互控制,并将运行数据通过工业以太网端口传送到上位管理平台,便于远程监控。According to the characteristics of water supply for high-rise buildings which needs secondary pressurization and the water pressure changes frequently,a set of automatic control system for constant pressure water supply is designed in this paper.The system uses PLC as the control core,and converts the water outlet pressure value into a real-time analog Voltage signal through a pressure sensor.Then,the signal after A/D conversion by S7-1200 analog-to-digital conversion module is compared with the set value.The deviation value is calculated by PID adjustment instructions inside the PLC,and the result of the calculation is transmitted to the frequency converter in real time through the Profinet network to realize the frequency conversion speed regulation control of the water pump unit and achieve the purpose of constant pressure water supply.The system can be controlled by HMI through the touch screen,and the operating data can be transmitted to the upper management platform through the Industrial cyber port,which is convenient for remote monitoring.
