摘　　要：目的探究正压通气联合白三烯受体拮抗剂对6岁以下阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSAHS)患儿免疫功能的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月我院收治6岁以下OSAHS患儿90例,随机分为白三烯组、联合治疗组各45例。对比两组患儿T淋巴细胞亚群水平、NK细胞计数、Sa O2水平;检测两组患儿AHI、LAT、LHT、Ig A、Ig G、Ig M水平变化;对比两组患儿治疗有效率、不良反应发生率。结果与白三烯组相比,联合治疗组患儿CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、LAT、LHT、AHI、Ig A、Ig G、Ig M、Sa O2水平较低,NK水平较高(P <0.05)。联合治疗组治疗总有效率较高(P <0.05)。结论使用正压通气联合白三烯受体拮抗剂对6岁以下OSAHS患儿进行治疗,能够调节患儿T淋巴细胞,改善患儿NK细胞和免疫球蛋白因子,效果显著。Objective To investigate the effects of positive pressure ventilation combined with leukotriene receptor antagonists on immune function in children under 6 years of age with obstructive sleep apnea(OSAHS).Methods Ninety children under 6 years old with OSAHS were selected and randomly divided into leukotriene group and combination therapy group(n=45)in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020.The levels of T lymphocyte subsets,NK cell counts,and SaO2 levels in the two groups were compared.To examine the changes in the levels of AHI,lat,LHT,IgA,IgG,and IgM in the two groups,the treatment response rate and the incidence of adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results Children receiving combination therapy had lower levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,lat,LHT,AHI,IgA,IgG,IgM,SaO2 and higher levels of NK than children on leukotrienes(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was higher in the combination group(P<0.05).Conclusion Positive pressure ventilation combined with leukotriene receptor antagonist could regulate T lympho⁃cytes and improve NK cells and immunoglobulin factors in children under 6 years of age with OSAHS,which has with significant clinical effects.
