摘　　要：浙江石油化工有限公司4.0 Mt/a的蜡油加氢裂化装置(含C 5正异构分离单元),采用UOP Unicracking TM加氢裂化技术,装填加氢精制催化剂HYT-6219-1.3T,HYT-6219-1.3Q与加氢裂化催化剂HC-185LT,是国内目前规模最大的单段串联一次通过工艺流程装置。装置开工后一直维持95%以上负荷稳定运行,重石脑油收率27.67%,芳烃潜含量58.3%,分馏增产3号喷气燃料收率达到23.74%。催化剂在低反应温度下活性和选择性较好,单程转化率83.35%,C+5收率达到94.42%,综合能耗1652.41 MJ/t,产品分布合理,质量达到设计要求。UOP’s Unicracking TM technology has been licensed for the 4.0 MM TPY VGO hydrocracking unit(including C 5 normal isomer separation unit)of Zhejiang Petroleum&Chemical Co.,Ltd.,which loads hydrotreating catalysts HYT-6219-1.3T/HYT-6219-1.3Q and hydrocracking catalyst HC-185LT.It is the largest single-stage series once-through process flow unit in China.The unit has been operating stably at over 95%of its design capacity after the start-up.The yield of heavy naphtha is 27.67%,the aromatic potential content is 58.3%,the yield of jet fuel is 23.74%,the catalyst has good activity and selectivity at low reaction temperature,the single pass conversion is 83.35%,the C+5 yield is 94.42%,and the comprehensive energy consumption is 1,652.41 MJ/t.The product distribution is reasonable,and the quality meets the design requirements.
