摘　　要：我国社会经济迅速发展,土地资源出现了短缺的态势。促进我国国土资源利用效率的全面提升,增强基层国土资源管理,是新时期经济发展的重点。但是,现阶段在基层国土资源管理方面存在一些问题,影响了相关工作的开展。本文就此进行分析,提出改进的措施。under the background of the rapid development of social economy in China,the situation of land resources is gradually shortage.Therefore,it is the key factor of economic development in the new period to promote the comprehensive improvement of land and resources utilization efficiency and strengthen the management of land and resources at the grass-roots level.However,at this stage,there are many problems in the management of land and resources at the grass-roots level,which affects the orderly progress of relevant work.
