醒脑开窍针刺法配合低分子肝素钙治疗进展性脑梗塞效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析醒脑开窍针刺法配合低分子肝素钙治疗进展性脑梗塞效果。方法:选取2017年1月—2018年12月期间在河南大学第一附属医院就诊的进展性脑梗塞患者200例作为本次研究对象,将其分为对照组(n=100)和观察组(n=100),对照组行低分子肝素钙治疗,观察组行醒脑开窍针刺法配合低分子肝素钙治疗,观察两组患者的神经功能缺损评分、BI指数评分、凝血功能指标变化。结果:治疗后观察组患者的神经功能缺损评分为(9.30±0.82)分、BI指数评分为(56.72±5.48)分,相比较于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的PLT为(211.03±19.94)×10^(9)/L、PT为(14.92±1.35)s、APTT为(34.57±3.26)s,相比较于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:进展性脑梗塞患者接受醒脑开窍针刺法配合低分子肝素钙治疗,对减少神经功能损伤、提高生活质量、改善凝血功能具有良好的效果,值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 200 patients with progressive cerebral infarction who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.They were divided into control group(n=100)and observation group(n=100).The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium.The observation group was treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium.The neurological deficit score,BI index score and coagulation function index of the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the neurological deficit scores of the observation group were(9.30±0.82)points and the BI index scores were(56.72±5.48)points.Compared with the control group,the data of the two groups were statistically significant different(P<0.05).The PLT of the patients was(211.03±19.94)×10^(9)/L,PT was(14.92±1.35)s,and APTT was(34.57±3.26)s.Compared with the control group,the data of the two groups were statistically significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with progressive cerebral infarction undergoing acupuncture and acupuncture combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium have good effects on reducing neurological damage,improving quality of life and improv ing coagulation function.It is worthy of popularization and application.
