摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤患者化疗所致恶心、呕吐(CINV)防治药物的应用情况。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,通过郑州大学第一附属医院病历系统抽取2020年3—8月接受化疗并使用止吐药物的532例肿瘤患者病历,统计患者的一般情况、化疗方案、止吐药物类型、止吐药物用法用量、止吐药物疗程、联合用药等内容。结果532例肿瘤患者,合理病历406例(76.32%),不合理病历126例(23.68%)。不合理使用情况主要为给药疗程不规范(35.71%)、超级别用药(23.02%)、用法用量不适宜(29.37%)等。结论止吐药物在CINV的防治中存在不合理使用现象,应加强此类药物的应用管理。Objective To investigate the application of drugs for chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting(CINV)in tumor patients.Methods The clinical data of 532 tumor patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from March to August 2020 were recruited to the study and analyzed retrospectively.These patients received chemotherapy and were treated with antiemetic drugs.The general information of the patients,chemotherapy scheme,the types of antiemetic drugs,the dosage of antiemetic drugs,the course of antiemetic drugs,and the combination medication were statistically analyzed.Results There were 406 cases(76.32%)with reasonable medical records and 126 cases(23.68%)with unreasonable medical records.The main reasons for unreasonable medical records were irregular course of medication(35.71%),super-grade medication(23.02%),unreasonable dosage of medication(29.37%).Conclusion The use of drugs for CINV in tumor patients after chemotherapy is still not standardized,so it is necessary to strengthen the application management of the antiemetic drugs.
