摘  要:采用正交试验法研究了水胶比、矿粉掺量、纤维掺量和种类对不同配合比纤维增强水泥基复合材料抗折强度、抗压强度和稠度的影响。结果表明:当水胶比为0.25,矿粉掺量为胶凝材料的15%,PVA纤维体积分数为1.5%时,所制备的纤维增强水泥基复合材料的综合性能最优,28 d抗折强度为13.84 MPa,28 d抗压强度为100.10 MPa,稠度为75 mm。The effects of water-binder ratio,mineral powder content,fiber content and types on the flexural strength,compressive strength and consistency of fiber reinforced cement-based composite materials with different mix proportions were studied by orthogonal test method.The results show that when the water-binder ratio is 0.25,the mineral powder content is 15%and the PVA fiber volume fraction is 1.5%,the comprehensive properties of the fiber reinforced cement-based composite materials are the best,and the 28 d flexural strength is 13.84 MPa,the 28 d compressive strength is 100.10 MPa and the consistency is 75 mm.
