摘　　要：根据用户需求,设计了一种能够实现100%低地板要求的独立轮对,并对其内置式轴箱、多功能集成等进行了重点优化。经有限元计算和模拟加载试验表明,该独立轮对能够完全满足用户在轴重、使用维护周期、减震降噪等方面的要求,具有很好的市场应用前景。According to the user's demand,an independent wheel pair which can realize perfect low floor requirement is designed,and its built-in axle box and multi-function integration are optimized.The finite element calculation and simulated loading test show that the independent wheel pair can fully meet the requirements of users in axle load,service maintenance period,shock absorption and noise reduction,and has a good market application prospect.
