摘 要:手印与DNA单独作为证据使用时各自具有其独特的证据价值,两者结合使用时又可以起到相互补充、互相佐证的作用,增加了个体识别的准确性。在现场上发现纸张、纺织物等渗透性检材,如何才能同时利用好手印的形态学价值和生物学价值是当下需要研究的热点问题,这对一线现勘人员也有较大的指导意义,本文从手印与DNA的应用价值、接触DNA检验流程、不同显现方法对接触DNA的影响、影响DNA检出的因素四个方面展开综述,并对手印中接触DNA的研究提出一些展望。Fingermarks and DNA are employed as evidences,independently possessing the unique value.The utilization of the combination of fingermarks and DNA,could not only supplement and proof for each other,but also enhance the accuracy of individual identification.Therefore,fully utilizing both fingermarks and DNA to study the papers or textile fabrics which would be found at the crime scene is significant.Herein,we systematically describe the issues for the application values of the fingermarks and DNA,DNA testing process,the influence of different development methods on touch DNA,and the factors affecting the detection of touch DNA.Additionally,the prospects for the investigation of touch DNA are also put forward.
