降温贴治疗儿科静脉输液外渗的效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究降温贴治疗儿科静脉输液外渗的效果。方法选取2019年11月-2020年11月收治的患儿50例,依照不同研究方法分为对照组(采用50%硫酸镁湿敷)与观察组(采用降温贴冷敷)。观察2组患儿不同时间点的临床疗效、疼痛程度等相关指标,分析降温贴在儿科静脉输液外渗中的应用效果。结果观察组治疗后12 h、24 h的总有效率分别为92%,96%,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后8 h、12 h、24 h的疼痛程度评分低于治疗前,且不同时间点观察组的评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论降温贴治疗儿科静脉输液外渗的临床疗效满意,可有效缓解患儿疼痛,作用时间长,操作简单,值得推广。Objective To study the curative effect of defervescence patch on intravenous transfusion extravasation in pediatric department.Methods A total of 50 children who were admitted from November 2019 to November 2020 were enrolled.According to different research methods,they were divided into control group(50%magnesium sulfate for wet compress)and observation group(defervescence patch for cold compress).The clinical curative effect,pain relief degree and other related indexes at different time points in both groups were observed.The application effect of defervescence patch in intravenous transfusion extravasation of pediatric department was analyzed.Results At 12 h and 24 h after treatment,response rates of observation group were 92%and 96%,which were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).At 8 h,12 h,and 24 h after treatment,scores of pain assessment were lower than those before treatment in both groups,which wee lower in observation group than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Curative effect of defervescence patch is satisfactory on intravenous transfusion extravasation in pediatric department,with long action time.It effectively relieve pain,with simple operation and significant effects.
