摘  要:目的探讨超声清洗机预处理在咬骨钳清洗消毒中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1月-12月回收至消毒供应中心的100件咬骨钳,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50件。对照组采用多酶清洗剂和单舱清洗消毒机预清洗,观察组则采用超声清洗机和单舱清洗消毒机预清洗,对比分析2组清洗质量合格率(采用放大镜检测以及ATP生物荧光检测仪检测)以及清洗耗水量、清洗时间。结果在放大镜检查法中,观察组清洗质量合格率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在ATP生物荧光检测仪检测中,观察组清洗质量合格率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组清洗的耗水量、清洗时间等明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论超声清洗机和单舱清洗消毒机预清洗可有效缩短清洗时间,节约预清洗的耗水量,提高预清洗质量,提高咬骨钳清洗消毒工作效率,值得推广。Objective To investigate the application effectof ultrasonic cleaning machine pretreatment in bone biting forceps cleaning and disinfection.Methods A total of 100 bone-biting forceps collected from January 2020 to December 2020 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group by random number method,with 50 pieces in each group.The control group was precleaned with multi-enzyme cleaning agent and single-compartment cleaning and disinfection machine.The observation group was precleaned by ultrasonic cleaning machine and single cabin cleaning and disinfection machine.The qualified rate of cleaning quality(detected by magnifying glass and ATP bioluminescence detector),cleaning water consumption and cleaning time of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results In the magnifying glass method,the qualified rate of cleaning quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);in the ATP(adenine nucleoside triphosphate)biological fluorescence detector detection,the qualified rate of cleaning quality in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The water consumption and cleaning time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Selecting ultrasonic cleaning machine and single cabin cleaning and disinfection machine for pre-cleaning can effectively shorten the cleaning time,save the water consumption of pre-cleaning,improve the quality of pre-cleaning,reduce the rewash rate of instruments,improve the quality of pre cleaning,and improve the cleaning and disinfection efficiency of bone biting forceps,which is worthy of popularization and application.
