摘 要:应用于混合动力电动汽车ISG系统的永磁电机的永磁体涡流损耗是影响电动汽车安全性能的重要因素,需要对其进行深入研究。以一台应用于混合动力汽车ISG系统的分数槽集中绕组永磁同步电机为研究对象,建立其1个周期内的有限元仿真模型。求解了不同槽肩高下的空载气隙磁密,根据气隙磁密波形畸变率结果优化定子槽肩高的设计,从而降低永磁体涡流损耗。总结了定子槽肩高的设计原则,当槽肩高小于2倍气隙时,增大槽肩高能有效减少永磁体涡流损耗。通过样机实验验证了电机设计的合理性。It is necessary to study the eddy current loss in a permanent magnet(PM)motor applied to the integrated started generator(ISG)system in a hybrid electric vehicle(HEV)because of its importance to the HEV safety.In this paper,a PM synchronous motor with fractional slot concentrated windings applied to the HEV ISG system is taken as a research object,and its simulation model within one cycle is built based on finite element analysis(FEA).The airgap magnetic density is calculated under the no-load condition at different slot shoulder heights,and the stator slot shoulder height is optimized according to the distortion rate result of airgap magnetic density waveform,so that the eddy current loss in PM can be reduced.The design principle for stator slot shoulder height is summarized,i.e.,when the slot shoulder height is less than 2 times the airgap,the eddy current loss in PM can be effectively reduced by increasing the slot shoulder height.In addition,the validity of the motor design was verified through prototype tests.
