摘 要:为解决LLC谐振变流器带载启动冲击电流大和启动速度慢的问题,从LLC谐振变流器的阻抗特性出发,分析了LLC谐振变流器在启动过程中的阻抗特性和电流冲击特性,提出适用于LLC谐振变流器的幂指数降频启动方法。该方法降低LLC谐振变流器的启动冲击电流,同时提高了LLC谐振变流器的启动速度。2 kW LLC谐振变流器样机的实验结果表明,在启动频率为500 kHz时,相比于传统启动方法,幂指数启动法可将启动时间从80 ms缩短到14 ms,还可将启动冲击电流从7.0 A降低到6.8 A,有助于减小开关器件的电流应力和开关损耗。To solve the problem of great inrush current and slow start-up speed of an LLC resonant converter during its start-up with load,from the aspect of impedance characteristics,its impedance and current shock characteristics in the start-up process are analyzed,and the corresponding power exponent reducing frequency start-up method is proposed.This method not only reduces the inrush current,but also increases the start-up speed.The experimental results of a 2 kW LLC resonant converter prototype indicate that that,compared with the traditional start-up method,the start-up time can be reduced from 80 to 14 ms at the start-up frequency of 500 kHz using the power exponent start-up method and the start-up inrush current from 7.0 to 6.8 A,which is helpful for reducing the current stress and switching loss of switch devices.
