摘　　要：目的分析健康扶贫政策背景下,贫困山区农村居民对医保、医疗、保健、医药服务方面的态度,根据居民观点对人群进行分类,分析其主要特征,为针对性实施政策提供依据。方法采取Q分析方法,30名居民将关于卫生服务方面的30个陈述填入前期整理好的正态分布表格中,利用因子分析抽取出公因子。结果共抽取出6个公因子,将居民分为六类,根据居民关注的主要方面,总结出六类人群的主要特征。结论利用Q方法可将农村居民对卫生服务感受进行分类,有助于分析各型人群的分布特点及其影响因素,分析结果可帮助政府针对性实施政策。Objective To analyze the attitudes of rural residents in poverty-stricken mountainous areas towards medical insurance, medical treatment, health care and medical services under the background of health poverty alleviation policy, so as to provide basis for the implementation of policies. Methods By adopting Q-methodology, 30 villagers were asked to fill in a normal distribution form with 30 statements about health services, and common factors were extracted by factor analysis. Results A total of 6 common factors were extracted, and the villagers were divided into six categories. On the basis of the main aspects concerning the villagers, the main characteristics of the six groups were summarized. Conclusion Q-methodology can be adopted to classify the rural residents’ perception of health services, which is helpful to analyze the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of different types of the population, and the analysis results can help the government with the implementation of policies.
