摘　　要：目的通过物联网技术的探索性应用,提升住院患者满意度。方法探索物联网技术在人员、设备、耗材管理方面的应用,并选择试点病区作为研究对象,调研实际应用效果。结果基于物联网技术的“滴滴”后勤管理系统、低值耗材管理系统、移动医疗设备工况管理系统等举措,提升医疗资源使用便捷性与服务精准性,并在提升住院患者满意度方面取得预期成效。结论基于物联网技术的医院智慧病房建设有效提升医疗平台支撑力度,进一步优化医疗服务整体水平,显著提升住院患者就医满意度。Objective To promote the satisfaction of inpatients through the exploratory applications of IoT Technology.Methods IoT Technology was applied in human resources,equipment,and consumables manage⁃ment,and pilot wards were selected as the research objects to survey the actual application effects.Results Based on IoT Technology,Didi Logistics Management System,Low-value Consumables Management System,Mobile Medical Equipment Condition Management System and other applications,expected results have achieved in impro⁃ving the availability of medical resources and the precision of service.Conclusion Exploratory practices of ward management based on IoT Technology have effectively enhanced the support of medical platform,optimized the overall level of medical service and improved the satisfaction of inpatients.
